This project bears the name and passion of Silvia Aguilar. With nearly three decades of experience in the hotel and gastronomy industries, she has embraced the opportunity to immerse herself in diverse cultures and understand the unique needs of different cities and destinations. These experiences allowed her to develop her own vision of hospitality, shaped by the influences and lessons gathered throughout her career.
Over the years, Silvia has combined extensive experience in boutique hotels and four- and five-star establishments with work alongside renowned Michelin-starred restaurants. This path enabled her to help create exceptional guest experiences while gaining valuable insight into different styles of service, gastronomy, and customer care.
This remarkable professional journey inspired this Madrid-born entrepreneur to take a bold step forward and create a place of her own—a space where she could bring together the very best of every experience she has lived and share a philosophy of hospitality founded on warmth, excellence, and attention to every detail.
